"Should I believe you?" Valkyrie asked after hearing the things I just said to her. After I arrived at her place, I made her a meal and arranged the entire place before she returned.
While she was having lunch, I went ahead to explain everything in detail.
She stared at me for a brief second and then nodded.
"You're indeed telling the truth, I know the face you put on each time you tell a lie." She said to my disbelief and I chuckled.
"So what do we do?" I asked impatiently, my in-laws were at stake. I needed to make sure they remained safe at least.
"Firstly, you'll have to swallow that ego of yours and apologize to Ryder."
Hearing her words, I opened my mouth in protest, but she shook her head at me, silencing me with a finger.
"Let me finish." She glared
