Ryder immediately rushed out of his meeting. His sudden departure startled Xena who called out for him as he ran.
“Ryder! Ryder what's wrong?” Xena asked as she ran after him.
She had never seen him in such a state and she couldn't help but feel worried at this moment.
“It's Zoe,” Ryder cried as he came to a stop. He turned to Xena pulling his hair in frustration. He found it difficult to form words, he didn't even know what to say.
“What happened to Zoe?” She probed, watching him having a mental breakdown. She wanted to help him calm down but she didn't even know how to when he wasn’t opening up.
