Hi, I'm new here, I just want to get to the administrative office, but I keep pranked.." he sighs he looks exhausted.

"That's on the other side of school, the C building. Just walk straight past the fields, and you will see it can't miss it."

"Oh, thank you. I'm Isaiah, by the way," he smiles at me, flashing his pearly white.

I'm Candle. "

"Candle," he repeated. " I like that it's unique. I have never heard that before. I guess your parents are big fans of candles. "

" I guess." we both laugh a little loudly

"Some guys pointed me to this way they told me the office was underwater, and I believed for a few seconds because of how fancy the school is." he laughs at his naivety

"Yeah, it's pretty fancy," I say absent-mindedly. I keep thinking about Nicholas. I don't have any means of contacting him. I don't even know where he is. All I know is that he's probably in danger.

"I will love to stsg and continue chatting with you, Candle, but I really need to get going," he says while making to leave

"I guess I will see you around? " I say while also preparing to go to my next class

" Bye, pretty Candle, thanks for helping," Seems I’ve managed to make a new friend.

The day ended pretty fast. I am not so eager to go home because I know it will be empty. I can't go back to my dad's. I just can't stomach my sister's antics today.

I finally decide on going to Eva's coffee shop,she's the closest thing to a friend that I have.

I walked into the Café with my shopping bags in hand and did a little retail therapy before heading there since the mall was so close.

"Hey girl, how you been ?" She's always excited to see me.

Hey Eva, " I say while sitting my bags down." How are things?"

" Just the usual, taking care of this place takes up all my time girl, sorry I couldn't make it to the wedding," she says as she cleaned and cleared empty tables.

"Oh, it's fine. I didn't enjoy it anyway,"

"How's married life?" she teased

"Girl, please." we both laughed as a customer walked in. I had my back towards the door, so I didn't know who it was.

" Candle," I hear a familiar voice behind me, the voice I haven't heard in a while.

I walk into the dirty warehouse, filled with dangerous men armed to the teeth. I walk past the rusting cars towards the boss's office to report to him.

"Hey, everyone, fancy school boy is back." I see Ace pointing at me and laughing, bringing everyone's attention to me

"You rascal," I move close to him "is boss in his office?" I ask

"He's been waiting for you dude he's pretty restless about this little mission,"

I gave no response and walked towards the metal door that separated his office form the rest of the building I walked in.

"Boss," I said while bowing my head to show respect.

"How was it?" He asked impatiently

"She's a little trusting than you think. She fell for the school boy act,"

"She's seen you?"

"Yes, I will just keep making appearances around her until she completely trusts me,"

"Good work, Marco."

"Make sure she falls head over heels she's pretty gullible when it comes to that,"

"I need you to put all your focus on this

"She thinks she can humiliate me and get way with it" "You can leave now"

I wonder what he has in plans. I pray to never fall on his bad side he’s always ruthless in taking revenge.

I stare at his face intently he looks different than the last time I saw him.

“I knew I would find you here “ he said walking towards me. His tone calm and caring.

“You are back “ I said surprised he came looking for me

“I’ve missed you “ we’ve barely spent much time together what is he missing

“You miss me “ I repeated astonished.
