After much convincing and explaining and a few glaring contests Alex accepted our explanation on why we were there, And when I mean much convincing I mean we had to show him proof, Kid most certainly is my child,

Now Me and Niko are in a conference room, with doctors and the surgeons, they are stuttering and quivering just from my mere presents,

"Now if someone could explain this! that would be great," I say throwing Alexis's file in the middle of the table,

A doctor cleared his throat,

"It seems that Not just Alexis but Alex as well suffered unexplained injuries over the years." A doctor says showing us the full extent of their files,

"And you never thought to contact the authorities?" Niko asked his voice deep and annoyed

I was growing impatient and I was thinking about killing all of these bastards right now,

But I came up with a much better idea,

"I want my children transferred to Italy immediately." I say standing up cutting the doctor who was speaking off,

"Of course Mr. Taconie." The director says not arguing what so ever,

Alexis POV

The sound of beeping echoed in my ears, Alex... Alex I need to know he is okay, the car veered off the road...

I was having a difficult time opening my eyes, by body felt heavy,

My heavy eyelids slowly flutter open, I am staring at a unfamiliar ceiling, I don't recognize it, I slowly turn my head and don't see anyone no one is with me...

Alex...

My heart monitor started going erratic,

I need to find Alex..

I move my hand to my IV pulling it out of my arm, I see my hand I used has a cast on, I pulled the stickers off my chest, I slowly got off the bed. I stumbled out of the room, looking in each direction, my chest rising and falling at a rapid pace, I stubbled down the hall

Alex...

I turn the corner to see A bunch of men in suits they looked related they were not paying attention, But I see him in the middle Alex..

I place my hand on the wall, the painkillers wearing off,

We make eye contact and he runs past the men,

"Lexi!" he rushes and hugs me but not like he usually does it was as if we was afraid he was going to break me,

"A-" I began but he holds up his hand,

"Don't speak, you have a broken jaw they had to wire it." He says

I feel my jaw and bandages were around it,

He didn't look in too bad of shape,

Thankfully he wasn't hurt too bad,

The eight men were looking at me with concern, I look at Alex,

"I'll explain everything," He says

He always know what I am thinking just by looking at my facial expressions, or so he says,

"Lets get you back to your room," He says putting his hand in-between my shoulder blades he begins guiding me to my room. where I woke up in,

"You shouldn't have gotten out of bed." He says

I can hear the men following us, it was making me uncomfortable,

"It's okay I promise,I'll explain everything." He whispered
