Chapter 8

Trixie

One month had passed since the last time I've seen him. I haven't hangout with them everytime his friends asked me to. I was really avoiding Christoph. Well, it is better this way. Jake asked me to go with them later because it's his birthday, of course I'll go. It would be ashamed for him if I ignore his invitation. I told Troy that I'll be late going home because I will be with Jake and his friends in the bar. He allowed me to go and he also told me to go home safely.

Jake was so glad as he heard from me that I'll be with them later.

Trixie: "I was just too busy these past few weeks so I couldn't go with you guys."

I think Jake knew my reason all along that's why he didn't ask for more. It was kind of hard to go with them when Christoph was around but this time I need to handle my feelings.

They didn't know about what had happened in the resort. Its just the three of us (Christoph, Jan, and I). But, how did Jake knew about it? As we entered in the bar I held Claire's left arm. 'What if we see each other?' Fear crept my mind. 'What am I afraid of to see him? Like hello! He is the one who might get scared because of what he had done to me.' They were all sitting when we came. And as usual Christoph was kissing a girl. Actually they're flirting. Oh my God! Then he stopped kissing the girl and looked at me. I was stiffened to where I was standing because of the way he looked at me. He came nearer and nearer. Maybe, he was drunk.

Christoph: "You're sexier than the last time I've seen you. Long time no see Trix."

He held my face then to my arms. What the f**k! His hands went to my waist. He was a jerk! He's freakin' me out! What is he doing?

Trixie: "Get your f*****g hands off!"

He quickly let go his hands off my waist.

Christoph: "I'm sorry."

His friends came. They didn't heard that I shouted. It was too noisy and crowded.

Sam: "We hadn't see you . How are you?"

I smiled at him.

Luke: "Did you get sick?"

Trixie: "Nope. Why?"

Luke: "You gets slimmer."

They started to drink so I went to the counter and ordered juice. I sat on the stool bar. I've seen Christoph followed me. 'What was his problem? He was really crazy!' He then held my hands.

Christoph: "Let's dance."

Trixie: "I'm tired."

Christoph: "Come on. Just one, please."

He cupped my face. Oh God!

Trixie: "Stop it!"

Christoph: "Do you know why until now no one is ever courting you? First of all, you're insensitive and sadist. Do you think I like the kind of girl like you? No! You're hiding your true attitude behind that angelic face. You're fooling everyone around you."

He was holding my arms while he was telling those stupid things. 'Am I an evil? Have I done unforgiving thing to him or to his ex-girlfriend?'

Trixie: "Let go of me! I don't care if someone would like me or not because of my personality."

Christoph: "You're a good actress! Why are you crying? Is it because I know who you really are or my friends will avoid you if they know the real you?"

I didn't noticed I cried that moment until he asked me those things. I couldn't stop my tears rather my emotion. It shed on my cheeks. It was the first time I cried in front of someone.

Trixie: "If it was because of what I've done to your girlfriend the last time you confronted me, I will say sorry to her if I see her or if you want give me her phone number and I'll call her. Sorry if I done unforgiving things to you and your girlfriend. And thanks for everything."

I don't know what was happening to me. It was hard for me to breath. 'It won't gonna happen in front of him. I don't want him to see how weak I am. He will just think that I'm using my situation to pity me. Breathe Trixie.' Luke came and asked.

Luke: "Are you okay guys? Trixie are you crying?"

I didn't respond because he would see that I was crying.

Christoph: "Yeah because of me."

Trixie: "Luke please give this to Jake and tell him happy birthday. I- I need to go home now. Sorry if I ruined his birthday."

While I was walking through the bar's door I felt so dizzy. I just held someone's arm and everything went black.

Christoph

Few minutes passed since she left, I sat on the stool bar. Someone called Luke and Sam. They run to the door quickly so I did follow them. I was shocked after I've realized that it was Trixie lying on the sofa. Luke's tempered aroused to his face.

Luke: "What the hell happened to her? Why is she lying here?"

Luke asked one of the guy standing beside the sofa.

'She was walking through the door then she suddenly held my arm and she passed out. Maybe she was kinda' dizzy'. The guy told him straightly and speaked again, 'I was deciding to bring her in the hospital but I consider you, since I saw you with her.

Luke: "Sam drive the car. We'll bring her to the hospital. I'll tell them later about this."

Sam: "Okay. You can carry her out to the parking area. I'll wait you there."

Christoph: "I'll go with you."

Luke: "It's up to you."

He said like he was mad. As we went to the car, I was on the passenger seat, Sam was on the driver seat, and Luke at the back seat looking after Trixie.

Luke: "Sam faster. Christoph try to reach her family or at least someone you know related to her."

He's crazy. He was pissing me. Damn! He was really angry at me earlier. When did he started commanding me?? Now! Yeah at this very moment. If this wasn't an emergency I'll rip him. He was stupid just to call me 'Hoy'.

Christoph: "Okay, I'll call his brother."

As I was to pay her bills the doctor says, 'Sir she's already paid wherever the hospital is, if something's happen to her'.

Ano ba talagang meron sa'yo? Bakit hails lahat ng doctor kilala ka?Who she really is?' I asked myself. First the private doctor in our resort knows about her and this time she's already charge to any hospital if something happen to her. 'What were the things she was hiding from us? Why she always passed out?'

Luke: "Doc, is she okay? What happened to her, I mean why did she passed out?"

Dr.: "Wait. I'm checking when was the last time she went here."

'When was the last time she went here?' Why? So it means that she was always in the hospital. She doesn't look weak, I mean she is in car racing and playing outdoor games.

Luke: "What do you mean, Doc?"

Dr.: "Ah.. what I mean about it, is if she visited this hospital. By the way, she's okay now. She was just too much stress."

I could feel that the doctor was hiding something. Sam and I were just listening to them. Her brother came catching his breath.

Troy: "Doc, what happened to my sister? Is she okay now?"

Dr.: "Well she's fine now. But always look after her because she's stress."

Troy: "Thank you Doc."

Then the doctor left us after that conversation.

Troy: "Thank you Christoph for bringing her here and for informing me about the situation."

Christoph: "Yeah I called you but it wasn't me who brought her here. Sam and Luke did. They're my friends."

Sam: "Hi I'm Sam and this is Luke."

Luke: "Nice meeting you bro. Troy right?"

Troy: "Yeah. Again, Thank you."

Luke: "It's nothing."

We left Trixie because his brother told us to go. I was about to get in the car when someone punched my face so hard. It was Luke.

Christoph: "Damn it! What the hell is your f*****g problem?! You're really pissing me off!"

Luke: "You were the problem here. f**k you! She didn't do anything to you just to disrespect her."

What was he trying to say?

Christoph: "What are you talking about? You're unreasonable!"

Luke: "Am I unreasonable? Then what do you think your doing? I know that it was you, you were the reason why she didn't hangout with us for weeks. It's about Trixie! f**k you! I am respecting her so I didn't asks her at all."

Christoph: "You're acting weird! She hurt Macey."

Luke: "Am I acting weird? I don't care! Oh about your unfaithful ex-girlfriend? Are you sure Trixie can hurt her the way Macey told you? You're stupid!"

Sam: "Stop it guys."

I want to punch him back but he made me think about everything. I let him let out his anger. He was right that it was my fault. 'Why did I hurt her? What if she didn't do anything to Macey? How could she forgive me?'
