“Yes, it’s for a headache.”   I answered, confused as to why she was confused. I’ve already seen the expression of doubt in her face before I realized that I said something wrong. Something that would induce doubt in her. I knew I should have really just shut my mouth up. I knew one way or another, no matter how hard I try to conceal the truth, there’s just no way that it won’t come out.   “How can you have medicine here?” she asked with her forehead creased. Now, I’m not sure if that creased forehead is an indication of her headache or her growing suspicions of me.
