Peace POV
“He’s our mate!” My wolf says again.
It’s like my feet were suddenly glued to the floor, “why? After everything he has done to me?” I asked myself in a whisper.
“Miss Bank!” The lycan king, Mr Nicklaus’s voice, brought me back from my thoughts.
“My secretary informed me about your proposal” He walks down from the stairs and takes his seat while I take the one opposite him.
“I’m sure you have gone through it then” I give him a fake smile, the confidence I had in me when I was coming in there is suddenly lost.
“Yes I have, Are you sure about this? You mean to share the profit 50/50 ?” He asks.
The deal looks too good to be true but I’m going to risk it. “Yes, I have analysed the market well enough and you know I don’t fail when it comes to business” I assured him
