Cassie’s POV I woke up to a bright light shining right in my face. I opened my eyes slowly, groaning in the process as it felt as if my head had been used as a football. At first, I couldn’t make out anything besides the walls of the cave and a smell so wonderful that my mouth watered. It was a scent of chocolate mixed with the scent that came right after it had been raining heavily. I looked around trying to figure out where the smell came from when I, to my regret, noticed that I was still in my wolf form. I tried to get up but ended up falling back down with a whine.
