CHAPTER ONE

340 Words
Camella was on her bed gathering her newly written acceptance letter, her loan papers and portfolios. She was busy gathering most of her books that she wrote "my thoughts" on the front page. She stopped when she came across another thought book. But it wasn't just 'my thought' she wrote, she added 'special' at the bottom of the 'thought'. So she opened it and flipped the papers. She saw some things that looked so interesting and she remembered she wrote all that: "To begin with I'm a diva, but it feels really good to have written my thought and reading it. I can't even remember when I wrote this one".... Before she could finish, her Mom called her from the kitchen and she came out of her bed like a lazy Lizzy and crawled to the ground feeling lazy. Minutes later she got to the kitchen. "I left some of my loan papers in your room. I think you should pack it with your stuff," her Mom said while busy focused on making her pasta, a delicious one for her family. "Yes Mom, I saw some loan papers so I packed them with my books and the documents I'll be needing for registration." Their family wasn't well off before. But after Camella's scholarship they started doing well, with her sponsors supporting the family with some money for them to start a small business. "Make sure you pack all you'll need so you don't have to get another ticket or book a ride home. It's gonna be a lot of stress for our trophy girl," Camella's Mom said smiling. "Alright Mom, should I help you with anything?" Camella offered. "No my love, I would do it. Your Dad is coming home tonight. I want things to be perfect so I wanna do the cooking myself. You should continue with your preparation," her Mom declined. "Okay Mom, I'll be off to my room. When the food is ready Collins should inform me." She went back to her room and shut the door.
