CHAPTER TWO

422 Words
Camella woke up with piles of pictures scattered on her room floor. These were the pictures she had been staring at before she passed out. She was also having beautiful flashbacks. After her Mom's call from the kitchen, she did not eat anything the day before. Her brother had come to check up on her, but her door was locked and she had slept off in her room full of scattered pictures. She gathered her stuff that was neatly packed a day before, took it to the main room, and went back to her room to take a bath. After that she made sure her room was tidy before stepping out. When she was done she put on a hoodie and a faded crazy jean with a face cap. She wasn't ready to look so flashy for her first day at school in LA. She made her way to the living room and told her Mom that she was leaving for school. Collins, who was also getting ready for work, joined her so he could drop her at the airport. After they arrived at the airport Camella got down from the car. Her Mom did the same, followed by her brother and her Dad. They gave their blessings and watched as she disappeared into the air, then they drove off. Minutes later Camella was wandering around trying to figure out which train was going to be moving by early noon. She waited for some time before dashing to the restroom. Her bladder was already yelling — at least that was what she was thinking. She must have mistaken the male restroom for a female one. She did her thing and was about to wash her hands when she noticed a tall figure standing close to her. "And we've got another disguised dude," the thick voice whispered in her ear. She froze and looked at the restroom door to see it had a male figure on it and a male sign on it too. Before she could rush out the guy grabbed her by the wrist and then he moved his hands to her waist. She flickered, "I don't go in with strangers." She pulled away. "Cover those standing machines up," Camella said. "Someone might just think you made out with a guy seeing you here. I have a flight to catch." "Same here. It's almost time. I'll get going. We might meet in the future, who knows," the guy said, winking before leaving. "I pray we don't," she said while walking away.
