Lily heaved a breath of relief and collapsed on the couch the minute the last batch of residue was packed out by the cleaners. Shortly after, Angelica joined her on the couch, looking relieved as well.
She turned to her with a smile on her face and reached out for her hand. "Thank you so much for overseeing all this."
