Chapter 14: Nolan’s TimePresent day
Back at the library of Magik High
“What do you mean, he’s gone?!” Maceo asked as Dean Tremaine handed Kyle a cup of water.
“We had a little…um, incident,” Dean Tremaine said.
Kyle took a sip of the water, looking down to see his pig snout on his face. He thought, if he gave the witch to Nolan Nomore, that his desire to be normal and handsome would be permanent, but it wasn’t.
“What kind of incident?” asked Maceo slowly.
Kyle swallowed some water, and he got up from the chair. “I thought he would make me handsome forever…but he didn’t. He lied to me.”
Maceo leaned in toward the student and grabbed him by the collar of his shirt. “Where the hell did he take him?!”
“Mr. Charming, please calm down!” Dean Tremaine pleaded nervously.
“Absolutely not!”
