I chair the meeting, I always chair the meetings because according to my alpha I am well spoken and confident, I used to think Andrew only gave me the jobs he didn’t like, but I realised a few years ago he gave me this particular job because it plays to my strengths, he also tells me that I am eloquent and more approachable and definitely have the “likability factor”, well more than him anyway.
