I closed the doors of the library with a sigh. My mind couldn’t wrap up what happened inside the library. Forest came and somehow comforted me. I never knew he could be so reckless. I headed to my room as I cast a spell to cover my scent.

I am sure as hell my body is covered with Forest’s scent. I hope he does the same too. I know he’s reckless and he can just leave my scent in his body without masking it. it made me overthink so much that I had to call him.

I opened the door to my room as I called Forest’s number. It took a few rings before he could answer the call. I pursed my lips as I heard the splash of water. He must’ve gone to shower. That’s good. A way to erase some of my scent in his body but it’s not enough.
