I looked at him for the longest time, seeing if he were trying to joke with me, knowing fully well Nari would never joke about something like that. My eyes darted to Trude who had the same look as Nari then to the male I had yet to know. They all had the knowing look on their faces which told me that what Nari was saying was true.
