burned bridges

Game Time

    Once the boys had left for practice Andy looked at her phone and swore under her breath " Ash we are going to be so late for math its not even funny, and really we can't ditch two classes in a row that's not going to work at all " Andy was rushing around her apartment frantically looking for her backpack and books that she was going to need . for class Ashley was looking at her like she had lost her mind and grabbed her backpack up from the floor and was waiting by the front door.

    After running in circles for a few minutes she looked at Ashley exasperated , "ash have you seen my bag? I don't know where the heck I put it when we got to the house the other day" Ashley just gave a small laugh "Andy you ran right past it like 5 times its right over there by the couch"  she said pointing at the corner by the black couch where when Andy looked her bag was sitting slumped on the floor where she must have dropped it when she was getting ready for the boys to some over the other day. Andy grabber her bag and rushed to the front door where Andy was still laughing at her , they both walked out and Andy checked to make sure that her door was locked behind her .

As the ride down in the elevator again Andy looked at her phone and saw there were a few text messages from a number that she did not know Unknown: hey there are some things that you don't know about your new boyfriend 

me: ummm who is this ?

Unknown: worry more about what you don't know then who is warning you

me: yea ok, well for all I know you could be Cassey so yea I am sure if I need to actually know anything Dustin will tell me, or if you really think it is something I need to know you would have no problem letting me know who this is , considering you have my number some how you must know me personally

Unknown; yea well , I am trying to let you know there is stuff about Dustin that you don't know , you should be careful with what you don't know. 

    Andy tried to call the number but it just went to  phone  with the voicemail was not set up so that was not helpful at all .  when Andy looked up Ashley was pulling into the parking lot of school , luckily they still had about 6 minutes to get to class before they would be considered late . they hopped out and started across campus towards class making their way through the groups of students who were gathered in groups drinking coffee or just gossiping some were comparing notes and homework answers . Andy suddenly remembered that they had not actually done any work at all that weekend and neither of them had checked the student portal to see if there was a test or work that we should have been doing , Andy sighed as they reached the math and science building she knew that it was going to be a long class but she also looking forward to her next few classes of psychology and art, psychology was probably her favorite class out of all the ones that she was taking , she loved to see how to try and figure out how peoples brains worked and what the cause of different mental issues are, she also had a particular fascination with serial killers and what caused them to become serial killers to begin with . 

    Once the girls had walked into their math classroom they took seats towards the back in hopes of avoiding the teachers attention and Andy once again pulled her phone out to forward the messages to Ashley to see what she thought of them or if  she had any ideas of who she thought that it might be. when Ashley looked at her phone and read the messages her eyebrows went to her hairline and looked just as confused as Andy had looked, Andy had wanted to send another text asking what her friend had thought but just then their teacher walked in and since she was not the nicest person in the world she thought better of it she really did not want to be on the receiving end of her teachers temper considering they had ditched and then did not even do any of the work that they should have completed over the weekend 

    The class was kind of a blur and before Andy knew it the teacher was dismissing them for the day with another two chapters worth of work plus the work that they had missed the girls were going to be buried under piles of things to be completed and just thinking of the fact that they both had said that they were going to the baseball game that night to see the boys play and probably go out to dinner after Andy knew that she was in for a super long night of work. the girls walked into the crowded hall " hey so I will see you later , what did you think about that message ?" Andy asked as she adjusted her bag on her shoulder, " I don't know super weird and kind of creepy right? I seriously think you can not really take anything some random person who won't even tell you who they are seriously , I mean really if it was something that you should be worried about why the heck would they not just tell you what it was " she replied , " yea I guess you are right, I think we should just try to find out everything we can , I mean I don't want to get attached to him and then he has something totally wrong in his life like he has a girlfriend or whatever that he has not mentioned,  I really don't need a whole other person like Taylor who can't choose between me and his ex, you know? " Andy replied , " Yea, I know, don't worry And we will figure it out, I just don't want you to get too upset, it might be nothing at all I have to get to class , we will have time to talk about this later , we have so much homework, do you mind if I spend the night at your house so we can try to finish everything after the game tonight?" Ashley asked . "yea of course you know the whole reason I have a 2 bedroom is so you can crash there whenever you want, Ill see you later "  Andy leaned in and gave her friend a quick hug and then turned and headed the opposite direction to her psych class, the one class she actually looked forward to .

    walking into her psych class she noticed that one of the girls in the class looked super familiar and she had not even noticed her in the class before today , which was not that unusual considering for the last week or so she had been super distracted all of  the time checking her phone to see if Taylor had texted her back and had been spending not as much time paying attention in class like she should have been doing this whole time . 

    After awhile of having it bother her that she could not figure out where she had seen this girl before other then today in the class , Andy decided that she needed to take a picture and send it to Ashley to see if she knows who the heck the girl was . Andy did her best to take her phone at her pocket to take a picture, she made sure that she had turned her phone on silent so that the shutter noise would not giver her away that she was taking a random picture of this person in her class, that would just be beyond embarrassing. after taking the picture as stealthily as possible  she quickly opened her snap chat and sent it to Ashley asking if she recognized the girl, because honestly it was driving her nuts
