Chapter 5

Jimin POV

When we got inside the school, it was mesmerizing how beautiful the school is. You could see that they really tried to show their wealth. My eyes landed on Maddie who walked in front of me. She had stopped under one of many chandeliers. Her beauty was enhanced by the white light. Her beautiful dark brown hair got a glow that I was out of this world, her beautiful skyblue eyes looked like they had become white. I can´t believe that she is my mate. I turned a bit sad of that thought, a mate I can´t have nor reject. Life is really cruel isn´t it.

"Earth to Jimin!"

"Huh?"

"After we have got everything you will be needing from Mrs. Anderson, I promise you that we can stop by here again so you can admire the interior."

"Oh, I didn't admire the interior. Sure it is beautiful, but your beauty is really breathtaking and ith the light from the chandelier above you, your beautiful hair gives away a glow I´ve never seen before, and your eyes are almost white." I couldn´t help to compliment her, it is all true and her beauty, her smell, it has captured me. I can´t help it. It´s not good and Sooho agrees with that, but at the same time, none of us want to be away from her. We want to be close to her all the time.

"Uhm, thank you." It seemed like I caught her a bit off guard with my statement, she started to blush, it just applied to her beauty and her giggle. I could live on just hearing her giggle.

"You are really cute when you giggle. I would never get tired of hearing that." With that said Sooho got slightly in control and was about to go to her and devour her pink, plump lips and just let us taste her, when she took some fast steps towards us, threw her arms around my neck and pecked me on my cheek. I was shocked. But I snapped out of it fast, hugged her back and damn these sparks, that appeared with just the touch of her skin on her back and from where she pecked my cheek. I could swear to that the mate bond became stronger, I was about to let her go just to get access to her lips, when she let me go. I released her just so it wouldn´t appear weird. What she said next surprised me really well.

"I am so sorry, I don't know what got over me. I promise, I have never lost control like that before. It´s just I feel drawn to you for some reason and my body reacted on it´s own." Even though her heart rate was really fast, she was honest.

"Hey Sooho. She is human, but can it be that she feels the mate bond? I mean, for a second it felt like she reacted to the sparks."

"Good question, I don´t know, but the way she behaves makes me believe that she feel the pull due to the mate bond." Sooho was in deep thought.

"I guess we just have to wait and see how things turns out."

"Yeah, I don´t think we have much of a choice here." With that, Sooho went back to the back of my mind.

"It's OK, I know what you mean. It is a strange feeling, you make me feel things I've never felt for anyone before. But I don't know why, but it still feels good." I hate to have to play dumb. I just want to be honest, but what choice do I have? It would be dangerous to tell her, to show her our world. Not only would she be in danger but the entire werewolf community would be in grave danger.

Maddie took a few steps back and motioned to me to follow her, with my long legs I caught up to her in no time and approahed the middle aged woman behind the counter. I assume that is Mrs. Anderson, Maddie mentioned earlier.

"Ahhh, Mr. Lee. Welcome to Red Moon University. I am Mrs. Anderson, in charge of the students' checking in . You are here to receive your schedule, key to the dorms and such, I assume."

"Good day Mrs. Anderson. It is correct."

Mrs. Anderson started to explain about the school, rules and such things, I didn´t really listen to what she said. My mind was occupied by Maddie, it didn´t got better when her arousal hit my nose. I did all I could to have control of Sooho. Being a werewolf and have enhanced hearing and smell, was a good thing and sometimes it was a curse, especially at this point.Luckily Mrs. Anderson is human and won´t smell the arousal of our mate.

I did all I could to answer Mrs. Anderson as good as I could and even ask questions about the school and other things.

Mrs. Anderson leaves for a while, to get the things I would need and Maddies schedule, while I was supposed to fill in this form about health and such. I turned my head to tease her a bit, just to let her know I know that she have been checking me out and that I am aware of her little dirty secret.

"I don't mind that you are checking me out, Maddie. I do, however, wonder what you are thinking about. But by the look on your blushing face and your eyes, I think we might be able to get your fantasy into reality. If you like what you see that much." I can see how her entire face become just as red as a tomato. I chuckle a bit and turn my attention to the form I was about to fill in.

Mrs. Anderson came back with everything and Maddie comes up to the counter to reach for her schedule, when my mind played me a smartass move. I reached for my things at the same time and made sure to touch her hand, the gasp that left her lips when the sparks erupted between us, confirmed that she feels them as well.

"Hey buddy, I don´t know. She does feel the sparks, she has to."

"Yeah, she does feel them. But how is that possible? She is human, no vampire, no fae, she has no wolf. Mother doesn´t answer my questions either. She is so full of riddles. We are on our own on this one, Jimin." The Moon Goddess is the mother of all werewolves, she pair us humans with our wolf counterpart when we are babies. Maddie looks at me with a confused look.

She recives her schedule and led me outside, back to the school yard to take me to the dorms.

"Jimin?"

"Yes?"

"I just wonder... Sorry if I sounds crazy right now, but back when I hugged you and pecked your cheek and when you touched my hand by the counter. Those sparks that appears, what are they? I can tell as much as that is not normal. Don´t get me wrong, they feel so good, but I can´t help but wonder."

"I don´t know Maddie, I feel them too, I guess I am just an easy target for those electrifying sparks as you call them."

She seems to be in deep thought and doesn´t quite believe me, but I just can´t tell her.

"OK." That was all I got from her. We arrived at the dorms. It was a simple building, it looked like they does in movies. Simple and not much, but it works. I dropped off my stuff in my room and followed her back out, while she showed me around the school, without anymore contact.
