From the way Elder Fredrick was talking, Louisa felt he must know something about her parents that she didn't know. Momentarily forgetting about the pain in her body, she rested her eyes on the old man's kindly face, determined to seize this opportunity and find some of the answers to her questions.
"I gather you knew my parents?" She inquired.
He was quiet for a moment, staring at her for what seemed like eternity before he responded. "Of course. I knew them very well. I must inform you that everyone in this pack knows your parents, but we never knew you are their daughter, and having known that, I think you have to be transferred to another pack, or at least that's what I think the others will want you to do."
