Violet was cowering in the corner. She was naked and vulnerable and cuffed by what Elena could only imagine were keeping her magic bound.
Noah went to rush over to her, but Elena grabbed his arm to stop him. He looked at her quizzically.
“What are you doing Elena? She’s your beta,” he mind linked her.
“I don’t even know her and for all we know she is the one who shot at you,” Elena responded. “And according to Lily she’s the one who is against us”, Elena told him.
