“That was interesting,” Carlton said when Lydia had once again summarized the two sessions.
“But we didn’t learn anything that we didn’t already know,” Eric said. “The experiences we just had pretty much mirrored our episodes at the front door of the house.”
“That’s true,” Lydia said. “And the story of Wade and Moses just keeps on getting sadder and sadder.”
“Look at it this way,” Carlton said. “Wade and Moses had almost twenty good years together in Florida, and that counts for something, doesn’t it?”
“Yeah, but those happy years came at a price, didn’t they?” Eric looked at his watch, and then their guests. “It’ll be time for dinner in an hour or so. You have two choices: a meal here at the house, or we can take you down to Savannah to a really nice rest
