A man walks into a pet shop and says to the owner:
“I need a special kind of parrot. One that can really talk.”
The owner nods and brings out a beautiful green parrot.
“This one speaks three languages.”
The man shakes his head. “No, I want something more… impressive.”
So the owner brings out a bright red parrot.
“This one can recite poetry and sing.”
The man still shakes his head. “Not enough. I need something extraordinary.”
The owner sighs and goes to the back.
He returns with an old, scruffy-looking bird missing half its feathers.
The parrot looks like it has survived three world wars and a divorce.
The man says, “This is the special one?”
The owner nods. “Oh yes. Ask him anything.”
The man leans in and asks the parrot:
“So… what makes you so special?”The World Is Not fair, But Life Is Still Good
Life doesn’t care about fairness. It never has. It never will.
You can be kind, honest, hardworking and still lose. You can love with your whole heart and still get betrayed. You can follow every rule, give your best, and still end up on your knees wondering what went wrong.
That’s the part nobody prepares you for, the part that makes good people question why bad things happen to them while the wicked people seem to win effortlessly.
But listen to this: just because life is not fair doesn’t mean it is not good.
There’s still sunrise after sleepless nights. There’s still laughter in broken homes. There’s still love that finds its way through the ruins. There are still second chances, unexpected breakthroughs, and quiet blessings that arrive without warning.
Life might not hand you everything you want, but it still gives you something worth holding onto if you know where to look.Slow Down And Be Patient With Life.
If you are looking for wealth, somebody else Is looking for health.
If you are looking for health, somebody else just dièd.
If you are looking for power, somebody else has acquired and used it, and he/she is now powerless.
Each time you drive a fancy car, somebody, somewhere is dying in a car crash.
Each time a new mansion springs from the earth, a new grave is dug below the earth.
Each time you throw away a morsel of food, somebody else somewhere is searching for a morsel to survive.
Each time you throw food into the dustbin, someone else is looking lor remnant to eat.
Each time you ask God to promote or change your present situation, someone else Is praying to get to your present situation.
For each smile on the planet, there's a drop of tear in another place on the planet.
For each celebration of childbirth, there are tears of bùrial.
Each time you urinate or drink water, remember someone is using pipe for the same purpòse.
So always be thankful.
Think of the goodness/blessings you have rather than the vanities you long for...✍️A Kenyan doctor moved to the U.S. and couldn't find a job at a hospital.
So he opened a small clinic and put up a bold sign that read:
“Cure for any disease for $20 — If you’re not cured, get $100 back!”
One day, a clever American lawyer saw the sign. “This looks like a scam,” he thought, “but maybe I can make a quick $100!” He walked in, feeling confident.
Lawyer: “Doctor, I’ve lost my sense of taste.”
Doctor: “Nurse, Box 22 — three drops in his mouth.”
Lawyer: “Ugh! That’s kerosene!”
Doctor: “Perfect! Your taste is back. That’ll be $20.”
A few days later, the lawyer came back.
Lawyer: “Doctor, I’ve lost my memory. I can’t remember anything.”
Doctor: “Nurse, Box 22 — three drops.”
Lawyer: “Wait! That’s kerosene again!”
Doctor: “Wonderful! Your memory is restored. That’s $20.”
Still determined, the lawyer tried one last time.
Lawyer: “Doctor, my eyesight is failing. I can’t see a thing!”
Doctor: “Ah, sorry — no cure for that. Here’s your $100.”
The doctor handed him… $20.
Lawyer (squinting): “Hey, wait a minute — this is only $20!”
Doctor: “Fantastic! Your eyesight is back. That’ll be $20.”Friends,
Every word you breathe carries a seed. Within it rests a living spark, silent but potent, with the power to shape the very atmosphere you live in. Speak a word often enough, and it becomes more than sound. It takes root in your thoughts, echoes through your emotions, and weaves itself into your actions. What begins as a whisper inside becomes the structure of your reality.
Words are not empty. They are creative forces. They don’t just describe life, they *build* it.
If you constantly speak defeat, you begin to feel tired. Speak fear, and you begin to see threats everywhere. But speak hope, speak strength, speak love, and slowly, the world around you begins to shift to match those vibrations. Not magically, but *spiritually and neurologically*. Your focus changes. Your energy shifts. And your decisions follow that path.
When the heart longs for joy, speak joy. When you need peace, say peace , not once, not twice, but daily, like a sacred rhythm. Let it move from your mouth into your habits. Let it become your prayer, your anchor, your compass.
This is not an illusion. It’s not “just positive thinking.” It is a spiritual principle, a psychological truth, and a law of life: *Words prepare the soil where your spirit will grow.*
So speak carefully. Speak intentionally. And above all, speak life.An unemployed man applied for a toilet cleaner position at a large IT company and scheduled an interview with the company director.
During the interview, the manager told the unemployed man:
“You have been accepted for the position. But we need your email address to send you the employment contract and conditions.” The unemployed man replied that he did not have an email address and did not have a computer at home.
The manager replied: “You don’t have a computer, that means you don’t exist, and if you don’t exist, that means you can’t work for us.”
The unemployed man left frustrated after doors slammed in his face and he was turned away. On his way home, he spent all he had, $10, to buy 10 kilos of strawberries and began knocking on doors to sell them. By the end of the day, the man had earned $20.
After that, he realized the process wasn't difficult. The next day, he repeated the operation three times and, after a while, he started going out early in the morning to buy four times the amount of strawberries.
The man's income began to increase until he could buy a bicycle. After some time and hard work, he was able to buy a truck and became the owner of a small strawberry business. Five years later, the man became the owner of the largest food warehouse.
He began to think about the future and decided to insure the business with the largest insurance company. During a meeting with an employee of the insurance company, the employee said, “I agree, but I need your email address to send you the insurance contract.”
The man replied that he did not have an email address and
The parrot looks him dead in the eye and says:
“Buddy… look at me.”
“You think I survived all this by keeping my mouth shut?”
