Talon POV:
As soon as Mariah said that Evanora was coming here I made it my mission to intercept her before she made it inside the castle. I know for a fact she is going to round up our other fighters and bring them with her. I'm not sure what all she was told but if she knows that a rogue hurt Ezmeralda, well, she is definitely going to flip her s**t on the alpha king and that is not something I can let happen.
“Why do you look so nervous?” Alpha Ash questioned, pulling me from my thoughts.
“I think you should probably hide somewhere, or behind something, at least until I can calm Evanora down.” I divulged.
“You want me to hide from her mom?” Ash chuckled. I stopped and looked right at him.
“You know the term momma bear right?” I quizzed.
“Of course.” Ash smirked, not taking me
