Evanora POV:
I could hear voices around me,
“When is she going to wake up?” Someone spoke, who I’m assuming was Natalie.
“It won’t be too much longer.” Adira sighed. Even now I could hear it in her voice how much this bothered her. The last thing I remember is feeling like my insides and skin were melting. The pain was too much for me to handle so I assume I passed out once it got excruciating. I didn’t think I could pass out in my own head, so that was a surprise.
“Are you sure she is almost done? It’s bad enough Ezmeralda is still out. One of them has to wake up soon.” Mariah lamented. What does she mean Ezmeralda is out? What happened to her? Sienna said everyone was fine.
“Come on Evanora, open your eyes.” Adira huffed. Busted. How did she even know I was conscious anyways?
