Orian’s pov The feeling of Uncle Hector lying came upon me again and if that was the case, I might have a chance with her if she would want me and if she doesn't find her mate. She recoiled when I moved to hold her again and my hands fell to my sides in defeat. "You are never going to return me, are you? You are selfish and you only care about your side of the story, what about my side or my kind's side or how I feel?" She was crying now and she was right. I never stopped to think that maybe I have been misguided for fifteen years but why would Hector try to misguide me? I couldn't believe my attempts to get her alone and spend more time with her before we go back were ruined. I ruined it just the way I ruined my first best friend's life in less than a day. "Look Amara, stop crying."
