It was inconceivable what Jarr had shared with me. Approximately a month ago Nolan Pierce had contacted his real estate office and wanted to see the Flemming estate, which Jarr was still showing for high-end clients from surrounding cities. According to Jarr, the meeting was set in early June and Richter was present for it. “I met Nolan at my downtown office. It was in the middle of the afternoon.
