The days leading up to the camp trip passed without a hitch.
And by "without a hitch," I meant I didn't have to see Adrian more than necessary.
It was one of the rare times I was thankful that he was in his senior year while I was in junior year. Our paths didn't cross much at school unless he made a point of making them cross, which, thankfully, he hadn't.
