The kids wanted to go with Russell for his last chemo treatment, so Peter booked a session with Mary for both children. It would be a joint counseling session, not one where Cody was there keeping Maria company.
Mary was looking forward to it. Cody’s nightmares were few and far between. Maria’s insecurities were slowly being overcome.
