It was an amazing day for both Peter and Russell. Peter’s dream for the clinic was becoming a reality. Helen had enrolled to take her courses to qualify as a nurse-practitioner. That would take a lot off the other doctors when dealing with their patient load. Peter planned on fronting her tuition from the clinic, or reimbursing her if she wasn’t comfortable with that idea. It was going to benefit the whole operation.
Bernice had a short-list of nurses to replace Helen. Word spread about the clinic and professionals sent resumes, hoping to be part of the action.
