I was awake before sunrise which wasn’t normal for me. Swinging both legs over the bed, I slid off landing on my feet with a slight thud. Rubbing the sleep out of my eyes, I slowly trudged into the bathroom and looked at my reflection in the mirror. This was the face of a woman who is repeating her past to protect her future. I’m not proud of what I’m doing, but it has to be done. I reached for the faucet and turned the cold tap on, lightly splashing water on my face to wake myself up. It didn’t do me any good. But I have to make sure that Lila is convinced that I want to be with her. Just long enough for me to come up with a way to get rid of her. It wasn’t a perfect plan considering that Isabelle and I couldn’t be together in public and we have to keep this a secret.  After finishing up
