The next morning was a flurry of movement and activity in the pack. When I woke up, Varon was already awake and out of bed, though he was still in the room. I didn't wake up immediately. I took the time to stretch, to find myself in bed. To give way to the thoughts that I was going to have last night and didn't get a chance to. I wanted to think of the baby.
