I pull my bike around, climb off and head towards the door of the house. I can see the living room light is on, must be Niko waiting up.
I walk through the door and into the kitchen. I grab a beer from the fridge, twist the top off and lean against the counter and waited for him to grill me.
As if on cue, Niko leans into the doorway, eyeing me up and down. "What were you doing?" he asks in a sing song voice. Should I tell him where I was? Her brothers know nothing of our past, we kept that from them. Too scared I'd get my ass kicked.
