The cab ride to the airport was quiet. Niko offered to drive me, along with Mami, but I couldn't bring myself to let them. It was hard enough leaving five years ago. I can't look in their eyes and willingly walk away and leaving them waiting like that again. But walking out the door like I did twenty minutes ago wasn't any better.  Climbing out of the cab, I paid the cabby and made my way inside, luggage pulled behind me. I mindlessly made my way through purchasing a one way ticket to New York and through security. I check my phone, hoping to see anything from him. But no. No messages, no calls. Not from him anyways.
