Morgan took one last look in the mirror mounted on the bathroom wall. From a physical standpoint, there were no obvious differences in his appearance and this was to be expected. He had only been exercising for close to five weeks but his attention was suddenly drawn to something he hadn’t noticed until now: the look in his eyes. They had life in them and this was the change which, in his opinion, mattered most. Morgan hoped that this would continue to be the case beyond this day, especially if today did not go as planned.
