2. Drunk Dazed

1111 Words
Daria's Point of View: I'm current at the bar that Felix asked me to come to. I don't know why that guy asked me to meet up with him. I guess he's here again to flirt with girls like he always does. I saw him from a distance as he waved at me. He's already at the outside of the bar. I went to him. He pulled me inside the bar. Heck, the sound hit me like a wave. The air was filled with the lively chatter of people engaged in conversations, laughter echoing through the room, and the energetic hum of music playing in the background. It was a bustling atmosphere, with voices overlapping and blending together, creating a symphony of noise. I had to shout for Fekix to hear me. "I'll kill you b!tch!" "What?" He shouted back as he pulled me onto a table. "What are we doing here?" I pulled his ears. "Reine asked me to bring you here," he answered as he poured drinks for me. I look at it, disgusted by it. "I don't drink." "Come on! Are you not strong enough to drink?" Felix laughed. What did he say? I quickly pulled out the glass filled with alcohol and drank it. I growled. I admit it, I'm not a good drinker. This is probably my second or third time. I don't understand what's good about drinking? People who drink just make themselves dumb after getting drunk. Felix poured another alcohol for me. "Come on," he laughed. I looked at the glass he's holding right now, he poured another one into the other glass and directly drank it. "I beat you." "As if." I pulled the glass put of his hand and drank it. My eyebrows furrowed. Damn. I should stop this dumb thought or else I'll get drunk. Third Person: As time went on, and she continued to drink more alcohol, her expression changed. She became more relaxed and carefree. Her eyes sparkled with mischief, and she had a big smile on her face. She laughed more and seemed to be fully enjoying herself. Even though she had said she wouldn't drink too much, it was clear that she was now fully embracing the fun and happiness that comes with drinking. "I'll kill you after this." Daria hold Felix onto his collar. "Hey.. Calm down." Felix hold her shoulder and went to make her sit. Felix went to the bathroom for a minute to call someone, "Sir, I think she's already drunk." "Take her home and make sure she signs that contract I gave you. Remember not to look at it, or I'll kill you." The man on the other side of the line hung up. Felix went back to Daria and carried her out of the bar. "Where are we going?" Daria asked. "Home." Felix answered as he guided Daria to the car. He put her in the passanger seat, and he sat in the driver's seat. Felix was about to put Daria's belt on when Daria pushed his hand away, then put her belt on. Felix sighed. Felix started to drive to Daria's house as Daria looked into the window. She looks as if she didn't drink, she just shows a normal expression and emotions. "Are you sober?" Felix asked. Daria did not answer. Felix looked at her confused. He saw Daria staring at the window. "Ri?" He called Daria to get her attention. "Hey," he asked once again. Her eyes were wide open, yet there was no sign of recognition or awareness in her expression. It was as if she was lost in another world, completely detached from her surroundings. Felix couldn't help but wonder why she wasn't acknowledging his presence or reacting to his words. As Felix observed more closely, he noticed the subtle rise and fall of her chest, indicating that she was actually asleep. 'That was so dumb', he thought to himself. He just closed Daria's eyes Felix just let Daria sleep while her eyes were wide open. A few more minutes passed and, finally, they arrived at Daria's house. Felix got out of the driver's seat and open Daria's car door. As he looked at her while she slept peacefully, he couldn't help but admire her. Her calm expression and gentle breathing made him appreciate her even more. The way her eyelashes touched her cheeks and the soft curve of her lips showed a simple beauty that touched his heart. In that quiet moment, he felt a deep connection and a sense of gratitude for having her in his life. With a gentle smile, he continued to watch over her, cherishing the tranquility of the moment. Few more minutes passed, but that beautiful moment was interrupted when Daria started waking up. She's not yet sober. "Are you awake?" Felix asked. Daria didn't answer. He just sighed and helped her to stand up. He guided Daria to her house door. "What is your passcode?" "000717" Daria answered with a slurred voice. Felix entered the passcode and it opened. Daria's house is big. Big enough for tons of people to live in. "Where is your room?" Felix asked. Daria lay on the sofa in the living room and close her eyes. Felix followed her. "I have never seen you like this before." Felix smiled as he looked at him. Felix went back to his car to get some papers and went back inside. "Ria." he tried to wake Daria up. "Hm?" "You have to sign this." Felix put the document beside her. Daria stood up. "Is this my new mission?" Daria asked with a slurred voice. "Huh? Ah.. yeah? Maybe. I was probhited to look at it." Felix walked backward as Daria open the folder. "Where's the pen?" Daria asked. Felix handed a pen at Daria while his hand covered his eyes. Daria did not even care to look at it and just signed it. It's like she just wsant this conversation to end and be alone in her house. She put the paper back in the folder and handed it over to Felix. He took it. "You should rest now. I also have to go home now." Felix smiled as Daria went back to lying and sleeping on the sofa. Felix went back to his car but he made sure that the door was closed. He called someone. "I got her sign sir." "Great job, you can get your pay once I receive that paper back." "I will go there now." "Don't you dare look at it." the person on the other lin reminded Felix. "Yes sir." The call ended as Felix hung up. Is Daria in trouble..?
