The Alpha’s meeting room had dark wooden walls. The few windows around it had black frames that contrasted against the bright sun that would shine during the day. He had a long black wooden table and tall cushioned chairs spread out for up to 20 people to sit comfortably. One of the walls had a hidden compartment that opened to a large flatscreen that he used for video calls to allies as well as business partners for the few shipping companies he ran. It was a simple room. No decoration, no other technical upgrades, or any other frivolous effort went into the space. He didn’t want to feel as though he lived in meetings.
