Six Months Later…
He followed his daily routine. A 5:00 run in the morning, heavy weight training at 7:00, sparring with the other alphas-in-training from 9:00 to 11:30, and then the few courses in leadership and pack management. They had assignments where they dove into the history of the oldest packs and how they eventually split from one pack into many over time. He studied werewolf relations with other species like vampires, witches, and sorcerers. He, at one point, raised the question of the existence of angels and demons, but was punished for his blasphemy by the rest of the class and the instructor (an Alpha before passing the title down to his own heir). He was chained to the pole in the middle of the quad and whipped for his questioning of nonexistent species.
