LiberationThe crew was almost exactly the same as it had been on our previous trip. Some had joined us. Hooler, Breen, Freend and of course Gunar were our new passengers. The behemoth — because I preferred that name to ‘ancient being’ — had befriended many of us entirely by the day we left. His body was different from ours, but almost all of us treated him as real.
