Chapter 2 - The Boss

As he made his way back to their table, he saw how she glares at him. He just shook his head and smiled secretly.

He went back to sit in front of Mr. Ford. "I'm sorry for taking so long, something just happened." he apologized. "So, shall we continue?" he added.

Mr. Ford took a glance to the woman he was staring a while ago before answering him "Yeah sure."

Seth noticed that so he looked again to her and saw that she was glaring at her. When she saw that he looked at her she rolled her eyes then ignored him.

He sighed in disbelief and just talked to his client. Mr. Ford silently observing him.

The meeting went well and the deal is closed.

As soon as he stood up, he took another glance to Natasha again but their spot is already empty, maybe they already left. So he decided to go to his company because he has a lot of this to do in his office.

As he went inside his office, he saw his friend sitting on a couch waiting for his arrival. "What are you doing here?" he asks to him.

"Nothing." he said.

"You came here just for nothing?" he said poker faced. "Well, how was our other businesses?" he continued.

"The business is fine. It went well." he said. "How about you? How was the meeting with Mr. Ford?" he continues.

"It went well. They were our business partner now." he replied.

"Great." he said delighted. "Do you want to go to the bar?" he asked.

"Why?" he asks back.

"Let's unwind. Since you went back, we didn't have a chance to catch up together." he said. He saw that he was going to refused but instead "Come on bro, you should also enjoy your life too. Also, you’re the boss here. You're the one to decide." he pursued him.

"Okay! Fine!" he said forcefully and sighed.
