Your grandparents really want to spend some time with you so they can get to know you better.” He bit his tongue before he could add, even though your mom never has. That earned him a flat stare. This visit had been on their schedule for a couple of months, but after all the time spent with her new favorite cousins, going to hang with Bridget’s parents wasn’t exactly at the top of her list.
