Chapter 2 Anniversary day

"What is inside ? Let me guess diamond necklace ? Bracelet ? Anklet ? Oh My Godd a ring ??! Yeah its a ring, but why a ring baby ?" I asked him still smiling and he looked shocked at the mention of the ring.

" Mama a whole ring ?? What is going on in your mind ? She isn't my girlfriend I'm still asking her out, now imagine I give her a ring ? Mama are you okay ?!" He asked yelling and shocked at what I said and I only laughed to a point I shed tears, my stomach hurting.

"You should have seen your face!!" I continue to laugh and he scoffs.

"Mama I only bought her a diamond necklace and has a matching bracelet" he said with a loving smile, giving me the small box. I can see the love she has for Elena in his eyes. I remember I saw her this one time when I went to fetch him at school and guess what, he wasn't expecting me, he was so mad at me for fetching him at school. Though I only meant well, his car was faulty so I was giving him a lift home, instead of him having to request Uber.

" Aww this is so beautiful baby, if she doesn't love this she will be mad for days!!" He smiled and hugged me

" Mama where does Dad buy those white roses he brings for you everyday ? I want to buy them for Elena and those Belgian chocolates." He was now grinning and I remembered the day Allessandro promised me roses, he promised that he will bring me white roses everyday and till to this day he has kept his promise.

“ Ohh baby I think he buys them at that Italian flower shop next to Mr McCarthy's dealer". I told him with a genuine smile, reminds me of the first time I went with Allessandro to get me white roses when he was still asking me out. A warm kiss on my forehead broke me from my trance of thoughts,

" Mama i will see you at home, I love you bye!" He said.

" I love you more, I'll see you at home". He left and I went back to my desk, I went to print out the contract Mrs Romell sent me. I thought about how my husband will react to this gift, he has been after this deal for almost six months now, but I got it in less than an hour, talk about being a boss lady!

"Sandra ! " I called out when I got home, Sandra is the senior maid of our house, Jones mansion.

"Yes mam" she answered walking out of the kitchen.

"Sandra I am so hungry what's for dinner ? Is Alle home ?" I asked.

"No he hasn't-" Sandra was cut short by Alle's voice.

"Did someone ask for me ?”

He asked with a smile approaching me with white roses, as always and his arms held out. I rushed to hug him, and he hugged me back tightly. But his body was tense man. I looked up and kissed him, he responded back instantly with passion, hunger and love.

"Babe what's up ? You good ?" I asked looking at him worriedly.

“ Now that I've seen you I'm okay my love" he told me with his beautiful smile and I gave him a flat look.

" You won't leave this now, will you?" He asked as he eyed me and I smiled sarcastically and shook my head.

"Okay let's go upstairs, you remember the hotel deal I was after with the Nihotri's, they said they signed the deal with someone else". He said with sadness and frustration in his voice while taking off his Armani suit jacket, after hearing that I froze in place and quickly composed myself before he could notice.

"Baby it's okay, you will get another deal soon and this one won't even matter" I said though I was feeling guilty, I mean I'm the reason behind his frustration but tomorrow I will make him happy. He looked at me and cupped my face in his hands looking into my eyes with a lovely smile. Those blue eyes, I always get lost in them, they are so intoxicating and full of emotions, love.

"Let's not talk about business in the bedroom" he said and his hands went down to my butt, and his smile turned to a smirk and I bit my lips.

"Tomorrow is our anniversary my dear wife, what are we going to wear ? I know the theme is midnight blue and white but we haven't chosen any outfit." I wrapped my arms around his neck

" When you have a wife like me, you never have to worry about such things. I already ordered our outfits and they will be delivered tomorrow morning." I said as I gave him baby kisses on the lips and he groaned.

" Continue teasing me like that and you will be punished missy" his voice husky and sexy.

" I would like to see you do that mister" I said with a smirk and I felt my kitty getting wet instantly.

"Can you guys please close the door ?" Our son, Xavier asked while passing . I forgot that we didn't close the door, but whatever he is 17 he knows these things.

Yayy!! Its February the 14th!! Our Anniversary Day!! I am so overjoyed.

I woke up to Allessandro's handsome face on the crook of my neck, his hot breath tickling my neck. Okay he is still sleeping, I tried to snuggle out of bed only to be pulled back into his strong arms and a smile crept on my face.

" Where are you going my love?" he asked me with his eyes still closed, his voice deeper than usual from sleep. His black hair had fallen on his face, thick black eyebrows and full lips. My gosh how can someone look this hot without doing anything?

" Even after dating for 5 years and married for 3 years, you are still checking me out ? I must be hot" he exclaimed. I mean his eyes are closed how does he see that I'm checking him out ?

"I just know babe" he said again and I looked at him surprised, did I say that out loud ?

"Yeah you did" he said opening his eyes, those big blue eyes. "Ayesha !" He called me breaking me from my train of thoughts. "What ?" I asked looking at him with a pissed face.

"Are you okay baby?" Concern written all over his face.

"Yeah I'm okay, I'm just pissed, someone just DISTURBED me from admiring my husband's beauty, his hot self!" I yelled and he laughed so loud that I also laughed. After minutes of laughing our lungs out he stood and went towards our walk-in closet and took out a square black box and smiling walking towards our bed.

"Happy 3 years anniversary my love, I love you and forever will" he said giving me the black velvety box. I opened it and tears just flew on my cheeks, I hugged him like it was the last time hugging him.

"This is so beautiful, I don't even know what to say, thank you so much I love you!!" I was now in tears for real. It was a beautiful diamond necklace hanging and guess what? The diamond was magical, and I'm serious its magical when you look at the diamond carefully it reflects my name inside, can you believe it? This must have cost an arm and a leg but no worries we can afford.

"Okay okay enough with the tears my love, now go get yourself cleaned we have to prepare for tonight" he stated pushing me towards the bathroom door.

Everything seems to be in order now, the caterers are now left with setting the food and drinks. There was this short waitress who was building a sort of tower with wine glasses and pouring champagne from the top. What grabbed my attention was that she was short like me and she was standing on top of a chair to pour the champagne.

Half an hour later everything was complete, the waiters and waitresses were in their uniform, midnight blue and white just like the theme. The guests were now arriving, Xavier has been nagging me to go get ready but Alle wasn't here, where is he ?

" Mama do you really want me to lift you to your room ?" He asked and I could see that was now getting annoyed and I laughed.

"Okay I'm going but were is Dad ?"

" I don't know mama he'll probably be here before you know just go get ready!" Okay he was now annoyed, " you know that you take hours to get ready mama" he is now whining which surprised me, wasn't he annoyed a few seconds ago ? My son and his mood swings.

An hour later I was dressed in my midnight blue dress, a long dress and wasn't very tight but outlined my figure very well. It was long sleeved, a long v-neck and has an opening slit on the left side until my middle thigh, paired it with the diamond necklace that Alle gave me, anyways where is he ? Ohh and did I mention that my dress is Chanel, the latest collection, ohh yeah I love Chanel. Flattend my hair with iron and let it hit my lower back. For makeup I went for nude and dark blue eye shadow and done ! But where is Alle, I took my phone and was about to call him when he came in and froze in his spot, eyes glossy, wait was he on the verge of shedding tears ?

“ Uhhmm hello? Waving my hand in his face

“You look angelic!" He deadpanned and a tear managed to escape his right eye.

"Oh my, are you crying ? Babe you will make cry also and I don't want to ruin my make-up, and where were you?" He was surprised at the sudden change of tone ?

" I'm sorry I had to take-"

"Shut up and go get your ass ready!". He knew that I was pissed when I started cussing and his face fell, he looked down and went to the bathroom.

"Psst psst" I looked towards the bathroom door and he mouthed ‘ I am sorry' and gave him a warm smile.

We were mingling with guests and someone grabbed our attention by ticking a glass, it was Xavier. "Can I please get your attention" everyone turned towards him

" Today we are gathered to celebrate my parents third anniversary, I would like to thank you all for coming to celebrate this day with us and now I would like to call the couple of the night to the front" everyone began clapping hands and making way for us to pass through.

"To my beloved wife and best friend" Alle started and I quickly averted my eyes to him and he kissed my cheek " today we celebrate 3 years of marriage together, I am lost of words today but I just want to say this to you, may I celebrate many more years of a loving marriage together with you forever, you made me a man amongst men when you said i do on this very day 3 years ago. I still remember that day like it was yesterday, everytime when I count my blessings I count you twice, you know this thing called life is strange but it gave me the best person ever, I love you mamacita" . I didn't notice that I was in tears until he cupped my face in his hands and wiped them with his thumbs and kissed my forehead. He then took out a small black box, it was small that I even tilted my head to get a better view of it. When I opened it, it was a key, house key and underneath was a small card written 'your beach house in Bora Bora' I couldn't believe it, I had wanted this house for so long and my dear Alle bought it for me. I hugged and thanked him, then handed the box to Xavier who was standing next to me.

" Life is strange isn't ?" I asked looking around and back at him

" if only I could open my chest and let you see and hear the unspoken words and feelings for you, I wouldn't hesitate. I was a girl when I met you, I became a women with you by my side, became a mother with you by my side and then you made me your wife. From that day I never looked at any man like I looked at you. I love you and forever will" I said and signaled Lisa to bring the papers. Handing them to him, he hesitated to take and looked me with a skeptical look

“Babe are these divorce papers ?" I looked at him horrified and the guests gasped.

" How could you even think I would do something like that?"
