Chapter 33: Kisses and flirtations
Lucifer I really hadn’t wanted to hurt Belle so much, but it was the only way I knew she’d lose her feelings for me. I couldn’t love her like she wanted, I didn’t want to feel the light again, I’d rather cause Belle heartbreak then go back to what I once was, or so I told myself. I hadn’t expected her to leave my realm so suddenly, I don’t know what I expected really, and it took a lot of effort to not go running after her. I told myself this was for the best, let everyone hate me, I was used to being hated by the world, so what was a couple more people to that list. I took my problems out on some truly evil souls and I didn’t stop until I was covered from head to toe in blood, if anyone had thought I was going soft they didn’t now, as I walked by them dripping with blood, terror on
