Ian A painful howl ripped through my whole body. My shackles stood and my claws scraped across the floor leaving scratch marks on the concrete pavement. My mate. The one person that I'd been searching for months lay motionless in front of me, beaten and abused. A burning desire to scorch the earth flared in the depths of my heart. I had always carried rage, my crazed alter ego being an ingrained part of me, as a black mark, my personal demon.
