'I can't believe am going to let a girl buy me lunch'.said Vincent with a disappointed look
'but there's nothing wrong in that'.said Avery smirking
'well there's something wrong in that,you are a girl am a guy am suppose to do the buying not the other way rounds'.said vincent
'To be honest I still don't see anything wrong with that am matured enough to buy you lunch,we're both matured,so there's nothing wrong in that'.said Avery
'Yeah You're right,you have a point there's,OK lets go invited'.said Vincent
'OK'.said Avery
They both went in and joined in the exercise training,they both had fun especially Vincent after training they went out for lunch,Vincent couldn't stop arguing about Avery buying him lunch but he couldn't say anything to make her change her ,cause her mind was already made up so he just had to give up after lunch they both strolled back him when the where about parting ways,Vincent phone rang it was late he picked it up on the other side of the line was late
'babe where are you? come pick me up'. asked Kate
'OK am coming just hang on for some minutes i'll be there.said Vincent
'OK but be faster'.said said Kate as she hanged
'I got to go see you later'.said Vincent
' hey any problem'.asked Avery
'no it's my girlfriend,she's coming to stay with me so am going to pick her up'.said Vincent
'oh! ok bye'.said Avery as she turned and left
VINCENT POV
Was it my eyes deceiving me or did I not just see surprise and pains in Avery eyes as I told her about my girlfriend Kate but to be honest I also felt pains when I saw those pains in her eyes I don't know why but part of me felt like running to her to hold her in my arms and comfort her,but no I had to go pick Kate up,Kate can overreact when you keep her waiting,she's sure a drama queen I got in my car and drove off when I got to were Kate was she started crying and said her feet hurts that i kept her waiting like I said earlier such a drama queen so I eventually had to carry her to the car and also load her two luggages then I drove off heading to my new apartment.
AVERY POV
I watched as he drove off to pick his girlfriend up I don't know but I felt like part of me crumbled to pieces when I her he had a girlfriend so I went into my house to drink my sorrows away but when I went to my house bar to pour myself a drink I heard a knock on the door,I went to check out who it was,I was shocked to see my bestfriend stella at the door we both screamed at once out of happiness to see each other after a very long time and yeah that's us we act crazy when we're together yeah stella my best friend traveled abroad for over a year but we still kept in touch now she's back
'Hi bestie'.said stella grinning
'based! I missed you'.said Avery happily
'Yeah me too'.said stella also happy
we both sat on the couch
'so tell me everything was it fun? asked Avery
'off course it was but not that fun because you weren't there'.said stella she told me everything about her visit abroad she also told me she had a new boyfriend that they were madly in love with each other and she showed me his pictures too and he was cute but not as cute as Vincent then she asked me a question i knew she would ask me
'now tell me have you gotten yourself a boyfriend,like have you found the right person,your dream many'.said stella
'yeah he lives in the next apartment'.said Avery
'wow! thats nice,but what's wrong? asked stella as she saw the sad look
on her best friend's face.
"well it's just that am too late,I just found out today that he has a girlfriend who he just left some minutes ago to go pick up, because she's coming to stay with him".said Avery
"ok that's sad, but don't worry if he's truly for you he will fall for you,now I need to go to my room and freshen up,I hope the is food because am starving".said Stella
"yes the is". said Avery
"ok I'll be back in a jiffy".said Stella as she took her luggage and climbed upstairs that's my best friend for you always encouraging and giving me hope again when am about loosing my hope on something and by the way we stay together in the same apartment, Stella's parents are very rich and friendly,after my parents died they were the ones who saw me through my remaining years in school,they took care of me as their own daughter, that's why me and Stella are very close,we grew up as sisters and best of friends,she understands me more than anyone else around me, after our studies her parents bought an apartment for us to stay in, after we had settled down in our new house, I had decided to work to earn money to make my dreams come true,with the money I earned and also with their support I got a fashion house of my own and when my fashion house became popular Stella decided we should go on a visit abroad for a year,but I told her that I can't just leave my fashion house like that,so she told me that since I wasn't going she wasn't going either,but i encouraged her to go reluctantly she travelled aboard and now that she's back am happy.
