How could Jack help Adeline's brother? The guy lost his girl and unborn child to a madwoman. Closing his eyes, he fought the images spiraling around his mind's eye and focused on Ty. One static picture from the past showed Ty when he was captured by Zarna.
Not helpful. Jack needed to go into the future. In another image, Ty slipped down the mountain and broke his leg.
In the distance, Adeline called Jack's name. Must concentrate. Sweat rolled down his back, and he itched everywhere.
