Just as Emilia had thought Evelina and Killian got married 3 days after she fell into a coma. Emilia found out when she logged into her Twitter only to see Evelina showing off furiously. She was showing off her expensive cars, her branded bags, and her reputable as well as famous husband.

Of course, people couldn't stop laying curses at Emilia, accusing her of being the 'mistress' who seduced Killian to marry her 3 years ago. That didn't bother her much.

Emilia took a cab to Killian's mansion, Knowing fully well that Evelina would be there as well.

She stood in front of the mansion which she used to be the matriarch of and felt a certain bitterness in her heart. When she was about to press the doorbell, she saw Evelina walking out of the house adorned with fancy jewelries and clothings.

She was dressed flashily and looked energetic yet arrogant. When she saw Emilia at the door, she stopped in her tracks with a hint of shock in her eyes. However, a pleased smile appeared on her face.

“I was wondering who it was. It’s my dear step sister. Why? I thought that you might have committed suicide after watching that pathetic thing die in front of your very own eyes?” She walked over in her high heels.

Emilia said with a faint smile, "Evelina, you were discharged from hospital so soon? You were hit by a car and your body was sent flying towards a wall, when the incident occurred, I actually heard the sound of your bones being broken into pieces and yet you can walk so soon? What a miracle!"

A trace of embarrassment flashed across Evelina's face, but soon she calmed down and looked at Emilia with a sweet smile, "Thanks to Killian's careful care over the past six days and by his perseverance, I recovered very quickly."

Emilia wanted to vomit when she saw her disgusting smirk. Emilia did not want to waste any time talking to her. “I want to speak with Killian de Luca.” She was frank.

Evelina's expression changed when she heard that. Then, her smirk became even wider.

“Get out of here!, Am sure you don't want Killian to see you!?”

"Evelina!, What did I ever do to you!?, Why did you have to plan such a conspiracy to hurt me, My child was innocent yet you hurt her!!" Emilia yelled rushing towards Evelina then she grabbed unto Evelina's hair, pulling it hard which sent a wave of pain across Evelina's skull.

“Yes! My child! Give me back my child!” Emilia yelled pulling Evelina's head hard.

“Your child is dead,” Evelina answered with much difficulty. “Your b*stard child's death is what you get in return for hurting me.”

Evelina pushed Emilia away but Emilia's vision only went black for a few seconds. She felt as if her heart had been sliced in half, bleeding profusely now. She grabbed Evelina's collar in an emotional breakdown. “Nonsense! My child is definitely alive! Give me back my child! Give me back! I want to see Killian de Luca! Tell him to see me!”

Emilia's vision was blurred by her tears. However, she still could not believe Killian would be that cold-blooded. It was such a lively child. How could he do that to a fetus!?

The child was innocent!!

Killian just got to the door of the cellar when he heard some commissions going on outside.

"Killian, I don't know what I did to my sister Emilia, she entered into out home some minutes ago and started cursing me, accusing me of killing her child, she slapped me and also pulled my hair"

Evelina leaned against Killian's chest while sobbing tearfully. She was speaking so innocently, but it was evident that she was purposely lighting the fire of anger in Killian's heart.

Just as the woman expected, Killian frowned as his malicious and terrifying gaze landed on Emilia. When Killian heard these words, his expression suddenly turned cold, "Emilia, you've been pestering me for so long, and now you're playing such a trick? If you appear before me again, don't blame me for being rude!"

Emilia's eyeballs turned red and she released a scary but threatening smiled, "Are you serious? What are you going to do?, Kill me just like you killed our baby!!?"

Light flickered in Evelina's eyes when she saw this. She hurriedly looked at Killian and said, "Lian, don't be angry with Emilia. There must be some misunderstanding between you two. I don't want you to be at odds for me."

Emilia looked at Evelina with a mocking look. She never knew that Evelina was so good at playacting. It was disgusting.

"Am so happy for your marriage, after all, you both are a match made in hell "

Evelina's expression changed slightly when she heard this, and she immediately retorted,

"Emilia, I know we have never gotten along since we were kids but you should try to understand that I and Killian love each other, Am begging you again to please stop pestering us."

“Emilia Clarke, do you think that the six days you spent at the hospital was too short?, Because the coma failed to take you to Neverland?, I could send you there if you want death that badly. Don’t let me catch you harassing Evelina again!”

He pushed Emilia away roughly and warned with an icy tone. His protection and tolerance for Evelina were even more intense than before. It was all evident in his voice.

Emilia staggered and fell on the floor. She quivered from the pain in her entire body.

Emilia gritted her teeth and clenched her fist. The bone-deep love that she had for Killian in her eyes suddenly changed drastically.

She hated him!

She hated everything that evil woman he chose, Evelina, did! She hated this man’s cold- bloodedness and cruelty! She also hated him for allowing Evelina to do those things devoid of all morality directly or indirectly again and again.

Why should her precious child atone for this devil woman, Evelina's, crimes?

Evelina was the one who deserved to die!

"I sent u a promising compensation for your loss, you can have it and get lost!" Another cruel words from Killian de Luca but Emilia ignored it.

She didn't want him nor his wretched money!

Emilia walked away but she didn't go directly to her villa instead she moved towards the police station, this was her last hope and if this was crushed so easily then she doesn't think she would be able to do any other thing.

After explaining everything that had happened for the past seven days, including the murder of her only child. The police officers were ready to hold the person who murdered her child accountable.

"Miss Emilia Clarke, What is the name of the man who murdered your child"

Oh. s**t!

How did she expect the job to be carried out so easily. Well lying is useless because if she did, they would end up finding out later when they arrive at Killian's mansion.

"Mr Killian de Luca"

The police officers stared at her with wide eyes then their gaze hardened as they stared at her.

"Ma'am , you want us to lock Mr Killian de Luca up?, Do you want us to loose our job and get killed!!?" One of the police officers said glaring at her.

"But....."

"Am sorry ma'am but we can't Grant this your request, please leave now!"

Emilia quickly stood up and walked out of the police station with anger and hatred burning inside the depths of her heart. To them and the whole world she was a nobody who couldn't be compared to even Killian's shoes.

Then and there Emilia promised herself that she would do anything possible, anything at all to bring Killian's respect down to the world of the Neverland where her child was laid to rest. She would never forgive him nor her step sister Evelina!...... Never!
