CHAPTER 5: [ ELORA'S POV]

After that tremendously long meeting , I reached the event -just in time! As the last of my models walked down the runway,I got prepared to walk up. I walked onto the runway and everyone applauded, making me smile- I scanned the crowd until I saw him-Osvaldo Xandros! Don't say his after me , that whole thing that happened at the deal was overwhelming and now his here.

After giving my speech and thanking my wonderful models - I went backstage ''boss! the event was a great success , we managed to raise enough funds to donate to some charities!'' Stella's forest green eyes lit up with happiness and it made me chuckle. ''That's great news! we can deal with that tomorrow -go home now!'' She reluctantly leaves while I check everything before locking up.

I was exiting the agency when I saw Osvaldo standing there. I looked at him with a blank expression and he smirks'' surprised to see me or is it delighted to see me ?!'' he asks me in a playful manner . I ignored him and looked at the agency one more time '' I must admit that you did a great job building this empire! '' my eyes met his . So he could say something useful after all ! '' there's still a lot more that I have to do!'' he grins. '' Do you ever accept praise?'' I smile ''its a dangerous world , you either sink or you swim and right now I'm doing a bit of both! ''

His grin grows wider ''we not so different after all , female or not -you think like a leader , you should have been one!'' I walked to the exit and turn to look up at him. ''Maybe ,but I'm damn well off without that side of the family!'' his eyes take in my features. ''Running away is for the weak !'' I huff '' some things are better left alone !'' I walk out of the agency and he follows. I lock up while checking my surroundings - I catch him staring at me.

''You seem to be very engrossed by my eyes!'' he smirks as his eyes trail down my body'' a lot more than that actually!'' I walk away from him while he follows. I reach my car and look back at Osvaldo '' what are you after Osvaldo?'' he steps closer'' I'm very well interested in that body of yours!'' he steps even closer, leaving no space to escape. I examined his features-baby blue eyes, broad shoulders, a jawline , muscular , tall and a set of full lips. He emits power and authority , a beast they call him because of his ruthlessness , strong will , no emotion, no weaknesses and that makes him respected and feared by many.

I didn't even notice that we were staring intently into each others eyes. ''I'm not interested!'' he chuckles, making me sink into that deep enriched voice of his. '' High class I see! you love defying my orders don't you? its brave might I add ,but there always consequences!'' I blink repeatedly while he swallows me up with his gaze. He steps closer till our chests are touching , my breasts pressing right into his chest, my heartbeat starts increasing while he traces my bottom lip with his thumb.

'' No matter how much you resist me , I will find a way through and there's nothing you can do about that baby!'' he whispers, making me shiver. I was so close to giving in to him! His lips hover around mine and my breathing increases - my own body betraying me, how absurd! I softly sigh as his lips meet my neck and lightly kisses it- immediately finding my sweet spot. As quickly as he found my sweet spot, he pulled away and looked at me expressionless'' you know you want me but you are ignoring that urge!''

I looked away from him and he backed away '' see you around Elora! '' he walked away and I looked at his retreating figure. What the hell just happened?!
