Sunlight slanted thin and gold through the gaps in the curtains, waking me slow. For a long moment I lay still, listening to the soft sound of Ward’s breathing beside me, his arm thrown heavy and warm over my waist. No alarms, no urgent whispers, no distant sounds of trouble. Just quiet. Just peace.
I shifted, and he stirred instantly, his hold tightening a little before he blinked awake, his eyes softening the second they landed on me—dark, hungry, burning with that look that said he’d been thinking about me even in his sleep. “Morning, sunshine. And f**k, you look even better when you’ve just woken up. Messy hair, sleepy eyes, all warm and soft and mine.”
“Morning.” I smiled, brushing messy hair back from his face. “You sleep okay?”
“Best sleep I’ve had in years. Woke up hard, too—all because of you. Just thinking about you next to me, all mine to touch.” He kissed my forehead, then pushed himself up, stretching, his muscles shifting slow and strong. “Shower?”
I nodded, already swinging my legs over the edge of the bed. “Yeah. Together?”
He grinned, pulling me up against him so I could feel exactly how ready he was, pressing firm and thick against my hip. “I thought you’d never ask. f*****g love showering with you. Wet skin, hot water, no clothes between us… perfect.”
The bathroom was small, warm, and filled with steam within minutes as the water turned hot. Ward stepped in first, then reached back to take my hand, pulling me under the spray with him, his other arm wrapping tight around my waist to press me flush against him. The water ran over us both, washing away the night’s sweat and the faint scent of grass and night air, leaving only the smell of him—soap, cedar, and something entirely his own—and the heat of his body against mine.
He leaned back against the tiles, eyes half-closed, one hand resting light on my hip, his thumb brushing dangerously close to where I ached for him. I stepped closer, ran my hands down his chest, over his stomach, lower still, wrapping my fingers around him slow and firm, and his breath hitched sharp, his eyes fluttering open to lock on mine, dark and burning. “Casey… f**k, baby. That’s it. Wrap those pretty fingers around me. Feel how hard I am for you? All this just from waking up next to you. All yours to touch, all yours to use.”
“Casey…”
“I want to,” I said, looking up at him through wet lashes, my grip tightening just a little. “Will you talk me through it? Tell me exactly what to do?”
He groaned softly, his head falling back against the tiles, his hand coming up to cup my cheek, his thumb brushing over my lip like he was imagining it wrapped around him. “You don’t have to ask. But if that’s what you want… yes. I’ll tell you every step. Gonna watch you take me, watch you learn exactly how I like it. Gonna make sure you know how perfect you look doing it.”
I leaned in, pressing a soft, wet kiss to the tip of him, and his fingers tangled gently in my hair, tugging just enough to make me look up. “Start slow,” he said, his voice rough but steady, thick with need. “Just use your lips first. Nice and gentle. Kiss me there—suck the head soft, just like that. f**k… that feels so good. So warm, so wet… already driving me crazy.”
I did as he said, kissing down his length, then wrapping my lips around him just a little, taking my time, and he let out a shaky breath, his grip in my hair tightening. “That’s it. Perfect. Now take a little more. Go slow—don’t rush. Take me deeper, baby. Show me how much you want it.”
I sank lower, and his hips shifted just a little, like he was fighting the urge to push forward, to take what he wanted. “Use your tongue,” he said softly, his voice strained, barely more than a growl. “Right there. Flick it over the tip—just like that. God, yes… exactly there. That’s my girl. Suck me good, make me lose my mind.”
I followed every instruction, learning what made his grip tighten in my hair, what made his breath hitch, what made him say my name low and broken and desperate. “Casey… Casey, that’s it… don’t stop… feels too f*****g good.” He guided me careful, never pushing, always letting me set the pace, telling me how good I felt, how perfect I was, how much he loved having me like this—on my knees, wet and willing, taking every inch he gave me.
It didn’t take long before he was trembling, his words coming shorter, sharper, his hand holding me just a little firmer. “Casey—stop,” he said suddenly, his voice tight and strained, like it cost him everything to say it.
I pulled back instantly, looking up at him, water dripping from my chin, my lips swollen and pink. “Did I do something wrong?”
“Never. f*****g never.” He cupped my face, pulling me up to kiss me hard and deep, tasting salt and water and need, his tongue sweeping into my mouth like he was claiming it all over again. “God, you have no idea how good that feels. How much I wanted to finish right there, down your throat, watching you take every drop. But I can’t. Not like this.”
“Then why stop?” I asked, confused, my voice breathless and wanting.
He leaned his forehead against mine, his eyes dark and burning, his voice low and rough and so sure it made my knees weak. “Because I’m not coming in your mouth. Not today. My seed doesn’t belong there. It belongs deep inside this tight, wet p***y. Where it’s meant to be. Where I can fill you up and watch it spill out of you later. That’s where I belong—deep inside you, marking you from the inside out.”
My breath caught, heat coiling low in my belly, throbbing and wet at his words. “Ward…”
“I want every part of me inside every part of you,” he said, kissing me slow and sure, his hand sliding down to cup me, firm and possessive. “I want to fill you up until you can’t take another inch. I want you to carry every bit of me. Only there. Only with you. This p***y is mine, and that’s where I leave my mark.”
He turned me around then, pressing my front to the cool tile, one hand sliding down to grip my hip hard enough to leave a bruise, the other coming to rest between my legs, fingers sliding through my wetness and making me gasp. “Is that what you want? You want me to finish deep inside this tight, greedy little cunt? You want to be filled up with me, dripping with me when we walk out of here?”
“Yes,” I gasped, arching back against him, spreading my legs wider for him. “Only there. Only you. Fill me up, Ward. Please.”
He pushed into me slow, steady, inch by thick inch, his arm wrapping tight around my waist to hold me close, his other hand still working between my legs to keep me right on the edge. The water ran hot over us both as he moved, slow and deep, every thrust hitting that perfect spot, making me cry out his name over and over. “That’s it… take it all. So tight, so perfect, squeezing me like you never wanna let go. Feel how deep I go? How I own every inch of you from the inside?” He kissed my shoulders, my spine, the back of my head, whispering how much he loved me, how I was his, how he’d never get enough of this—wet, warm, wrapped around him, all his.
When he came, he buried his face in my neck, groaning loud and long, holding me so tight it felt like we were one person, pouring everything he had into me, pushing as deep as he could go. “f**k—Casey! That’s it… take it all… every last drop… all mine.” I followed right after, my legs shaking, pleasure washing over me so hard I could barely stand, crying out his name as he filled me completely.
We stayed there for a long time after, the water starting to run cool, him still inside me, his arms wrapped around me, my head resting back on his shoulder, his hand resting low over my stomach like he was claiming what was his.
“All of it,” he said softly, kissing my wet hair, his voice still rough and spent. “Every last bit. Only yours. Filled you up just how you needed.”
I smiled, covering his hand where it rested over my stomach, pressing it firm against my skin. “And all of me is yours. Every part. Forever.”
We finished washing quick after that, dried off, and pulled on clean clothes—one of his oversized shirts for me, hanging low off one shoulder, bare legs and no underwear underneath; jeans and a fresh tee for him. When we stepped out into the hall, the smell of bacon and coffee drifted up from the kitchen, and someone laughed loud and bright.
Ward laced his fingers through mine, squeezing tight, pulling me close to kiss my temple. No shadows, no fear, no running. Just us. And all the time in the world.
