Ani peeled her eyes away from the television, fiddling with a purple fluffy sock. She looked over at Alice, who was invested in the episode. The two had wanted a lazy day, and so while the others were out being productive members of society, they were sofa-rotting and binging a show with a ridiculous amount of snacks and drinks. “If I were a zombie, would you shoot me?”
Alice, with a mouthful of popcorn, replied, “without hesitation.” She swallowed her bite, looking at Ani for a split second “What about me?” she asked, putting more popcorn in her mouth.
