{Amara POV} “Hi, you look handsome,” I say to Dyson while looking him up and down. Your going to have to take me out every week just so I can see you all dressed up. You look like a young a CEO,” I joked. Too bad I’m a virgin. Dyson was looking so good I almost told him to forget dinner I am dinner. Well that is if he is taking me to dinner. He wouldn’t tell me where we were going but he did tell me to dress nice, so I’m wearing a nude spaghetti strapped bodycon dress that goes right below my knees with my strapless clear heels. They are my most comfortable heels and they look good with almost everything. “Thank you, he says with a smile. You look beautiful. You are the most beautiful woman I’ve ever laid eyes on.” Damn he always knows what to say to me. I didn’t even think. I just kissed him and he kissed me back. His lips fit perfectly with mine and his kisses tastes like red jolly ranchers. I can just kiss him forever. He pushes my back gently against my room door while I run my hands down his rock hard abs and then to his back. “You are insatiable,” he says to me while quickly kissing me one last time. “We should get going. We have a date to get to.” Still a bit dazed, I nod my head and follow him to his car. “Oh wow,” I squeal as we pull up to the restaurant. “I’ve read about this place and I have always wanted to go.” “Me too love, I’m glad I’m the one to bring you here. We can experience all of our firsts together.” He says while kissing my cheek. “I’d like that”, I say. Okay love, it looks pretty full so I’ll have to park around to the side of the building. I’m going to drop you off at the entrance and you can check us in. The name is under, Dyson Bolt. “Bolt, got it,” I say as I reached for the handle. “No love, I got it,” he says while gently pulling my arm. “Sorry go ahead,” I say. He stepped out, walked over to my door, and opened it. Here you go beautiful and you don’t ever have to apologize to me about anything. Go check us in and I’ll meet you at the host area. “Okay,” I say and head inside. It took Dyson all of 7 minutes to park then walk from the car and back to me. “I hope I didn’t leave you waiting for too long,” he says while walking in. “Not at all. I was just talking to Amanda here. She’s the hostess, I say to Dyson. Turning my attention to Amanda, I let her know that we were ready to be seated. Amanda, looks up from her computer and gives me a wink. I told her this was our first date and might have mentioned how handsome he was. “This way, follow me please,” she says. Dyson smoothly grabs my hand as we follow behind her. “I would pull your chair out for you but they’re all attached to harnesses, Dyson laughs. “No, please don’t I’m not trying to die so young, I respond returning the laughter. The waiter comes and take our drink and food order before our entire table’s lifted into the sky. “Oooh we’re so far up I say with glee. “I’ll take that as you’re not scared then,” he says. “No im a bit of a daredevil. “I’ll be the judge of that, Dyson says with a smirk. Before I could reading the waiter returns. “I have a lobster with rice and steak and potatoes, our he says. “I have the lobster and he has the steak, I say. “Okay here y’all go. Don’t forget to hit the button if y’all need anything else. After the waiter left. We spent the rest of the night laughing and getting to know each other more. I swear it feels like I’ve know this man my entire life but I’d remember him if I had met him before even if it was just once. “What are you thinking about,” he says snapping me out of my thoughts. “I’m just thinking about how it feels like I’ve known you forever but we’ve just met. I just find it so strange but in a good way, I add with a smile. “I feel the same. All I think about is you but I don’t think it’s weird or strange and you shouldn’t either. Let me ask you something, he says. “Sure,” I say skeptically. “Do you believe in soulmates?,” he asks. I could tell that he genuinely excited to know the answer so I thought about and answered. “Soulmates. Do I believe in soulmates? I don’t know. Maybe I do now after meeting you. I’ve spent years wondering why previous relationships would never work out but maybe I was just waiting on you all along,” I say. He grabbed my hand and smiled at me. He looked as if he wanted to say something more but then decided not to. “What’s on your mind handsome,” I say. “Nothing I’m just thinking about how beautiful you are. I don’t see how your previous relationships didn’t work out. “Well it was more me than them. I just couldn’t connect and always ended up falling out of like with them. “Got it,” he says. “Just don’t ghost me okay.” “Never, I say. Dyson pays the waiter and leaves a hundred dollar bill for the tip. “Who is this guy,” I think to myself. “Woah that’s a big tip,” I say. “Did you not like his service,” he asked. “No I did but you’re a college student like me. Can you afford to tip that large? I don’t want you to spend so much on me and suffer because of it.” “It’s okay. I can afford it,” he says reassuringly. “Regardless of the old stories you may hear from my mom one day, I’m not that irresponsible.” “Good,” I say with a smile. We head back to the hostess area and I gave Amanda a quick wink to let her know that our date went well. She over excitedly smiled and gave me two thumbs up. I laugh to myself following Dyson passed her desk. “Okay love I’m going to run and get the car. You stay here with Amanda and I’ll grab you once im at the front.” “I don’t mind walking really it’s fine,” I say. I could tell he didn’t like the idea but something tells me he can’t tell me no because he quickly caved. “Fine, you can come if you really don’t mind walking, he says. “Thank you,” I say while following after him. We hold hands the entire way. Once we get to the car, I noticed how empty the side of the building is now. I asked Dyson and he says It was at least six cars out here that couldn’t fit in the parking lot. “I guess they left earlier,” I say to him. As Dyson is opening my door for me. I noticed a reflection in my side mirror. “Dyson,” I yell. Someone’s behind you. This man, if that’s what I should call him, looked like a monster or something out of a scary movie. He was at least Dyson’s height. He had orange skin, huge hands, a huge nose, and was wearing a pair of weathered torn gray pants and filthy white shirt. Dyson reacted quickly to my outburst. The monster did too and threw what looked like a ball of light at me and Dyson. Dyson, was able to dodge it and counteract by throwing what looked like a small vial at the monster. He instantly exploded but then the explosion was swallowed by a black hole. “What the hell was that, I say. “That was a demon. I guess we have a lot more to talk about.” Dyson says.
