"Are you going to be fine?" Selena asked me and I rolled my eyes at her.
"Of course I will be fine and this is me telling you the same thing for the hundredth time today. Stop worrying about me. Go get Alpha Ryan," I told her making her smile.
With Vernon awake and everything that's happening in the capital pack, she didn't want to leave me. But I asked her to go.
I once told her that there is life outside the palace walls. And now I realised that her life was never between the palace walls. She was meant to be a Luna. And I want her to chase that destiny of hers.
Selena kissed me on the cheek before she got in her car and drove off. It's only a matter of time. She'll be here by the end of this week most probably.
